Launch draft: this must be reviewed and completed for the organizer's actual legal identity, tax residence, payment providers and launch jurisdictions before accepting money.

Nature of payment

Payments are voluntary and unrestricted. They are not represented as purchases, charitable donations, investments, loans, securities, wagers, sweepstakes entries, or consideration for goods or services.

No return

A contributor receives no product, service, equity, token, NFT, ownership interest, repayment right, reward, prize, profit share, financial return, exclusive access, intellectual-property right, royalty, or promise of future value.

Use of funds

Subject to applicable law, payment-provider requirements, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and disclosed project costs, funds may be used by the organizer for any lawful purpose, including personal purposes and investments. Any stated intention to preserve or invest funds is not a guaranteed allocation.

Refunds and payment errors

Honest mistakes may be reviewed when the payment can reasonably be identified. A refund is not automatic or guaranteed and may depend on Mercado Pago, timing, fraud controls and the circumstances of the transaction. Confirmed refunds and chargebacks are reflected in the public aggregate accounting.

Large or unusual payments

Payments may be rejected, delayed, reviewed, limited or refunded for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, payment-provider requirements, legal compliance, technical errors or other legitimate compliance reasons.

Target and end of the experiment

Payments are not conditional on reaching the target. Payments close once confirmed and reconciled net contributions reach or exceed USD $1,000,000. In-flight payments may cause the final total to exceed the target slightly. No later fundraising goal is promised.

Taxes

No representation is made that any payment is tax-deductible or tax-exempt.
